Keep your name, email, and photo up to date so producers, judges, and teammates recognize you - on lists, score sheets, and "wait, who's that?" moments at the venue.
- Be logged in
- Know the name you want people to see (legal name, scene name, or whatever you prefer to use)
- Have a clear photo ready if you're updating a picture (square plain headshots crop cleanest)
¶ Update name and email
- Open My Account.
- Update your display name.
- Update your email to an inbox you actually check.
- Click Save / update and wait for confirmation.
- If you also need a new password, do that as a separate save - see Changing your password.

- Open the page with a photo field (application form, or a producer editing your contestant/judge/volunteer record).
- Click Choose file (or the upload control).
- Select your image.
- If a cropper appears, zoom and center your face (or the part that should be in frame).
- Confirm the preview looks good.
- Save or submit the form - and wait until the upload finishes before leaving.

If you only changed My Account and your contest headshot still looks like the old one, you probably just need to refresh the page. If that doesn't work, ask your producer for assistance.
- Square, well-lit photos work best. Think "headshot," not "entire dance floor at 2AM."
- Use the same email everywhere so password resets and contest messages land in one inbox.
- Uploading a huge raw camera file and leaving the page mid-upload (it will crop everything to 150px x 150px)
- Updating your scene name in chat but not in My Account
- Cropping so tight that a hat brim becomes the entire personality
Can I have different names on different contests?
Your login profile is usually one name. Contest-specific display names may appear on applications or producer-edited records - ask your producer how your contest handles stage names.
Who can see my email?
Producers and admins need it for invites and resets. Don't put a throwaway address you never read.
My photo looks stretchy.
Re-upload and use the cropper; start from a reasonably square image when you can.
