Update your display name, email, password, username, and security options so producers can reach you and you can still get into the software on contest night.

Know the email address you actually read (resets and invites go there)

If you're changing your password, have the current one handy — or use a reset link first
¶ Step-by-Step Instructions

Click My Account (sometimes labeled as account / settings in the UI).

In the profile section, update your name and email as needed.

Click the save / update control for profile changes — and wait for the success message.

Scroll to the credentials section if you need to change your password or username.

Enter the current password when asked, then your new values.

Save credentials changes separately if the page treats them as their own form.

Keep your email current — password resets and invites go there.

Change one thing at a time if you're nervous: save profile, then save password.

After a password change, update your password manager immediately so you don't lock yourself out later.

MFA may be required. Don't wait until five minutes before doors open for the contest events to enroll.

¶ Frequently Asked Questions
I changed my email - do I need a new invite?
Usually no for an existing account. Future resets go to the new address. Tell your producer if you think they still have the old email on another list, just in case.
Where do I change just my password?

I don't see MFA options.
Your site may hide enrollment until you open the security section. Ask your producer if it's missing entirely.
Can a producer change my My Account settings?
Producers manage contest enrollment and people records. For login/MFA emergencies, ask your producer.
