Update your display name, email, password, username, and security options so producers can reach you and you can still get into the software on contest night.

| Item | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Display name | How people recognize you in lists and score sheets |
| Password resets, invites, and producer messages | |
| Password | Keeps your account yours |
| Username / login | What you type on the login page |
| MFA | Extra login protection - see Security & MFA |
Profile photos for contestant/judge/volunteer records are often managed on those people pages or application forms - not always on My Account. See Your profile and Uploading photos.
I changed my email - do I need a new invite?
Usually no for an existing account. Future resets go to the new address. Tell your producer if you think they still have the old email on another list, just in case.
Where do I change just my password?
See Changing your password for the focused walkthrough - including set-password email links.
I don't see MFA options.
Your site may hide enrollment until you open the security section, or an admin may manage requirements differently. Ask your site admin if it's missing entirely.
Can a producer change my My Account settings?
Producers manage contest enrollment and people records. Login/MFA emergencies are usually admin territory (disable login, clear MFA, password reset tools).
