Send files the producer asked for (photos, bios, audio, video, PDFs) without logging in. You get a unique link by email, or they copy it to you the same way they send a judge agreement invite.
The upload link from the producer (it looks like /media-upload/...)
Files they asked for. Allowed types: MP3, MP4, JPEG, PNG, PDF, WebP, WebM. 5 MB each. Up to 5 files each time you open the page.
A decent connection. Venue data can stall a 5 MB clip.
Open the exact link the producer sent or copied to you.
Confirm the contest name on the page.
Complete Turnstile when shown.
Choose up to 5 files. Contestants and judges can pick a category (photo, bio, and so on). Vendor files land as vendor inquiry files.
Click Upload. Stay on the page until it finishes.
Need more than 5? Upload this batch, then open the same link again. The link stays on until the producer turns it off or the contest is marked inactive.
If a file is the wrong type or too large, you will be asked to try again. If the site cannot finish the security scan, wait a bit and upload again — the file was not kept as available.
If the page says it is closed, the producer paused this link, the contest is inactive, or they sent you an older URL after rotating it. Ask them for a current one.
