Open the inquiry link (it looks like
/vendor-inquiry/...). -
Enter the passphrase if the page asks.

Complete Turnstile when shown.

Fill required fields (usually your name, email, company, and what you are offering).

Submit and wait for email.

If you are approved and they still need files, they will email or copy an upload link. That is a different URL from this form.
