Answer a contest feedback survey from a public link or a personal invite email. You do not need a SquirrelScore login.
This is the producer asking how the weekend (or a class, or a moment) went. It does not change scores or placements.
Open the exact link from the producer, the signage/QR, or your invite email
Have any passphrase if the public page asks for one
Use a device with a decent connection
Know whether your link is yours (invite email) or anyone's (public QR)
| Link | Who it is for | Identity |
|---|---|---|
| Public (shared URL or QR) | Anyone with the address | Anonymous. You can submit more than once unless the producer closed it. |
| Invite (from email) | You | One completion. Do not forward that URL - it is tied to your invite. |
The public form never asks you to type a registration email to identify you. If you got a personal invite, use that email's link.
Open the link.
Confirm the contest name and survey title look right.
If you see that the survey is closed or not available, stop and ask the producer.
Enter the passphrase if prompted.
Complete the human check when shown.
Answer the questions (required items are marked with *).
Submit and wait for the thank-you page.

Surveys can stay open after a contest is marked inactive (feedback after the contest). The producer turns the survey itself on and off - that is separate from "Contest Active."
Required questions need an answer before Submit will stick.
Likert is usually 1 = strongly disagree through 5 = strongly agree.
NPS is 0 = not at all likely through 10 = extremely likely.
If you already submitted a personal invite, opening it again should show "already submitted."
Forwarding a personal invite link (that one is yours)
Using last year's public URL
Closing the tab before you see the thank-you page
Filling an audience score form when you meant a survey (or the reverse) - the page title tells you which
Do I need an account?
No.
Will my name show on Results?
Surveys are not Results. Public answers stay anonymous. Invite answers are visible to producers (they sent you the link).
Can I change my answers?
Not after you see the thank-you page. Ask the producer if something went very wrong.
The page says closed.
The producer closed it (or a timer did). They would need to open it again.
I got an email reminder.
You have not finished yet. Use the link in the newest email.
Audience score form (different tool - that one does score a contestant)
