Collect vendor or sponsor interest from the public without creating accounts. You approve or reject each inquiry. Approval records whether they already have files on the inquiry.
Statuses:
Pending
Approved — Media Received
Approved — Media Missing
Rejected
Who can use this: contest owners and co-producers. The public form works from the enable flag, not from contest active/inactive.
Have a contest.
If you want files after approval, turn on contest media (75 MB per contest, 5 MB per file, 5 files per upload visit).
Edit the vendor email templates on Emails if you don't want the built-in wording.
Open Manage, then Vendor / Sponsor inquiries, or the sidebar link.
Click Manage Form.
Enable the public form. Default questions (email, company, offering, optional website) appear the first time you enable it.
Share /vendor-inquiry/{contest id} or the hub card.
The public inquiry form does not take files. After you approve, send (or copy) their upload link from Contest media. One link per approved inquiry. They can send up to 5 files per visit. Those files count toward the contest total.
Open the review list.
Open an inquiry. Attached files are listed there once they have uploaded. Download them; the server scanned the bytes, but you should still verify files other people uploaded.
Choose Approve or Reject. Approve looks at files still on that inquiry and sets Media Received or Media Missing for you.
The matching email is sent if they left an address. Send the upload link separately from Contest media (Send / Resend). If they later upload via that link while status is Media Missing, it flips to Media Received.
Marking complete on Contest media does not delete the file and does not change this status by itself. If you later delete the files, change the status by hand. Rejecting disables their upload link. Approving again turns it back on without rotating the token.
