Choose email and Home Screen / browser push for a contest you produce.
These switches are you + this contest + producer. Co-producers have their own. Judges, contestants, and other hats set theirs on that contest’s card on My Contests.
Who can use this: producers (owner or co-producer).
Open the contest.
Open Manage.
Find the Notifications card (with surveys and contest updates).
This is not a sidebar link and not a fifth phone tab.
Each event has Push, and some also have Email.
High-traffic events (public form submitted, files uploaded, section lock, results released, contest active/inactive, application decisions, volunteer assignment) are push only. That protects the site mail queue (about 200 messages per rolling day).
Contest Updates can be email, push, or both. You still choose whether you want those here. You also pick channels on the update itself.
Storage warnings at 80% and 100% of contest media can email producers.
Existing approval / rejection emails are unchanged. Push is extra; it does not send a second copy of those templates.
Enable or disable push for the browser or Home Screen app on My Contests, on that contest’s card. Disable on this device unsubscribes this browser only. The email/push checkboxes on Manage stay.
If push is not configured on the site, you still get email for the events that allow it.
