¶ Before You Begin

Have an approved volunteer assignment (or a public apply link if you're still applying)

¶ Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in as a volunteer (or finish Applying to volunteer first).

Open My Contests (the shared list - look for the Volunteer role badge).

Find the contest you're working.

Note your position if it's shown on the card. If the contest is inactive, it may sit under Inactive Contests with no buttons.

On an active volunteer card, click Contest Details.

Open SquirrelGenda when the producer enabled a public schedule.

Open Go Do the Things when Chaos Ops prep is enabled.

Use those pages to stay oriented - then do the real-world volunteer work offline. If the producer granted Registration Emails, that page appears under Quick Access.

Prep only - no scoring/results. If you can see those tools, you may also have another role on the contest. Check with your producer immediately.

Read Contest Details before you ask the producer the same schedule question in three chats.

If prep items look wrong, message the producer - they update checkboxes.

Shared phones or computer at the volunteer desk: log out when you step away.

Do I need an account to apply?
Not always - start from the public volunteer link. An account comes after approval when the producer sets you up.
Can I change my position in the app?
Usually the producer assigns/edits positions. Ask them rather than just doing it.
Where's scoring?
Volunteers don't score. Judges and tallymasters do.
