When you're stuck, here's where to look before panic-refreshing the page, restarting your phone, or declaring the Wi-Fi has it out for you.

| Kind of problem | Ask |
|---|---|
| Contest rules, schedule, "am I approved?", prep checkboxes | Your producer |
| Scoring confusion during the show | Tallymaster (and producer if needed) |
| Login, disabled account, MFA lockout | Site admin |
| "How do I click this?" how-tos | This wiki first (Home > your role), then your producer |
| Project feedback, access to the beta, feature wishes | Contact options on Home (this is currently a personal project - replies may take a hot minute) |
Wiki/Support opens but looks empty.
Start at Home, then open Welcome or your role section from the summary. If the link is truly broken, tell your site admin.
Can producers change wiki pages?
This folder is documentation your team publishes. Day-to-day contest settings live in the app, not in the wiki.
I'm the producer and I'm stuck.
Check producer pages in this wiki, then ask your site admin for account/site issues - or a co-producer for "how did we do this last year?" wisdom.
Is there live chat support inside the app?
Your community's process varies. Start with Wiki/Support, then the humans in the table above.
Can I support the project financially?
Optional only - see Support SquirrelScore. Access is currently free.
